Minecraft updated again, to 1.21.8

It only feels like the last update was done yesterday, but Paper has had another update just now. It’s now on 1.21.8 of Minecraft, and all plugins also got an update. You can redownload the modpack for Prism to update your local client.

F3NPerm still seems broken, unfortunately.
