Minor MC Updates

A few minor updates have been done to the Paper installation. Nothing major, so no need to get the new modpack or anything. You can now use F3+N or F3+F4 to change the game mode.
If you’re interested in all the nitty gritty update details:

- LuckPerms: v5.4.120
- SkinsRestorer: v15.0.7
- WorldEdit: v7.3.0
